Hello...My name is Stasia, and I know nothing about blogging.

BUT, what I DO know is this....

I'm for the woman who's still trying to figure out her shit. I'm for the woman who works out 5 times a week, but eats ice cream on the daily. I'm for the woman who's working a full-time job to pay the bills, while starting a side hustle to get out of the grind. I'm for the woman who would rather stay in and binge watch NetFlix than go out to the club.

I love family, sarcasm, fitness and the beach...in that exact order. I'm a 52 year old woman who recently found her passion for fitness. I'm a Mama and a Glamma. In a relationship, but fiercely independent. I endorse all things I'm passionate about. I'm a domestic abuse survivor. I love to support, encourage and empower women. And I'm currently not letting anyone fuck with my flow.

I hope this blog will inspire, entertain and empower women, no matter where they are on their journey. Let's learn and grow together :)
